You know how La Vic’s has the orange sauce (shout out to Kuya Ryan… I still think orange sauce shots are a fantastic idea). Well Mario’s has the green sauce. Completely different in taste, but completely the same in impact. You can put the green sauce on a pile of dirt and it will still be delicious. I need to steal a bottle of both, put them together and make a magical brown sauce. It might not look too good, but it will be awesome.
Lomo Saltado. Marinated beef, grilled onions, peppers and tomatoes, over fries and rice. I’ll never know what other dishes Mario’s has because I’ll never be able to bring myself to order anything but the Lomo.
