ENDLESS SUMMER TOUR
WHAT IS ENDLESS SUMMER TOUR?
Endless Summer Tour (EST) is:
• A bodyboarding/surf trip that takes place every summer (since 2002).
• A road trip that usually starts from Northern California and makes its way down to Southern California.
• A week-long event where the participants hit up at least 2 beaches a day, one in the morning and another in the afternoon.
WHEN IS ENDLESS SUMMER TOUR?
• There is no set schedule for EST. Usually EST takes place mid August, so once summer comes around, stay tuned to bfam.com for updates on when the current years EST will be held. You don’t want to miss it.
WHAT IF I DON’T BODYBOARD OR SURF? CAN I STILL COME? AND WILL IT BE FUN?
• BFAM, in no way, are professionals. We may look good at what we’re doing, but that’s an accident.
• Everyone has different experience levels. If you have never been on a board in the water, now is the time to give it a shot.
• If riding the waves is not your cup of tea, there are plenty of other things to do at the beach. BFAMily who do not paddle out have been known to tan, relax, play beach volleyball, throw the old pigskin, and walk around and check out the sites, to name a few.
• Not everyone goes in the water, but everyone is known to have a ridiculously fun time.
WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE IT FOR THE WHOLE WEEK? CAN I STILL COME?
• No worries. There is no obligation to stay the entire time.
• If you are able to stay the whole week, you should do so, because there are some good times to be had.
• You can come down with us and be there for the beginning leg. You can meet us up along the way and join us at the beaches. You can also meet up with us in the middle of the trip and be with us until the end. Whatever you feel like.
IS THERE STRUCTURE TO EST? WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO SIGN UP?
• BFAM is hard at work planning out the trip, everything from an itinerary for each day, what beaches will be visited, where we’ll stay, eating arrangements, T-shirts for participants, and a whole bunch of other behind-the-scenes stuff.
• Just because we plan things doesn’t mean that you, or even we, have to stick with the plan.
